Below are steps for how to create an email list of past participants using the registration report. This method can be used to create an email list for past and current participants.
  1. Log in to ACTIVE Works with Existing ACTIVE Passport Account
  2. Click on desired event
  3. Click Reports
  4. Click Registration report
  5. Click Download
  6. Click on the report - Download registrations - XX/XX/XXXX
    • Note: Your report will open in a CSV Excel file
  7. Delete all columns except for Participant First Name, Participant Last Name, and Email address
    • Note: Do not delete the column headings; this is required when importing the email list
  8. Save file as a CSV file
  9. Use article Import Email Recipient List to import the saved file
