With the new Premium Email Tool, you can not only send emails to the participants in the system, but also import a recipient list from your computer to send the emails.

Below are the steps to upload your only contacts as email recipient list:
  1. Click EMAIL
  2. On Regular email, click New
  3. Select Add list

  2. Prepare the CSV file to upload
  • Note: Ensure all email addresses in your file are in one column with the column header name "Email". Then save the file to CSV format. File size: Less than 10MB.
  1. Click Choose file to select the CSV file on your computer
  2. Choose how you want to import contacts
    • Create a new list
    • Add to an existing list

  1. Click Next
  2. Verify the recipients number, click Import
  3. The imported recipient list has been saved successfully, you can either Cancel to leave the page or continue creating an email
