A participants profile within the People (CRM) tab is designed to help you easily view participant info & determine their overall engagement with your organization.
The letter displayed in the Email Engagement area represents a letter grade for the participant's overall email engagement. Much like in school, an A represents excellent engagement, where as an F represents limited to no engagement. Engagement is measured by whether a participant opens the emails they receive and interact with it through clicks.
Email Engagement is calculated using:
- Open rate of auto-sent email (Registration Confirmation email, Abandoned Cart emails)
- Open rate of email sent using Email tool
- Click rate of auto-sent emails (Registration Confirmation email, Abandoned Cart emails)
- Click rate of emails sent using Email tool
