Setting up Custom Domains Purchased from a Different Provider
If you are subscribed to TeamPages and would like to use a custom domain to your site, we can help you set it up. All you need to do is to contact your domain provider or if you are managing your domain, you just need to have the domain name servers set to:
ns1.active.com
ns2.active.com
ns3.active.com
ns4.active.com
After setting up the name servers, you will need to send us an email: teampagessupport@activenetwork.com for us to be able to park your domain to your TeamPages Site.
