This article explains how to apply an internal discount to an existing order.
  1. Select People tab
  2. Search and select account or participant name
  3. Click the desired Order number
  4. Select Apply discount > Add other discount 
  5. Select preferred discount from Discount drop-down menu
    1. (Optional) Enter custom amount in Amount field 
    2. (Optional) Enter notes regarding discount in Reason field
  6. Select Apply discount
  7. Click Submit
