Use this information to avoid subject line keywords that stop emails from being delivered.

  • delivery status notification
  • could not send message for past
  • out of office
  • out of the office
  • autoreply
  • vacation
If any of these keywords appear in the subject line, the system will not send the email

Note: If the Sent email List shows that emails were sent but none were opened, check the subject line and download the Email Report by clicking the sent email
