When transferring a participant, some sessions may not show on the sessions list. These sessions may be ineligible to the participant due to age, grade or gender restrictions or because the session capacity has been met. To bypass these restrictions and transfer a participant into an ineligible session, please follow these steps.
  1. From family's account page, click Order number of session to transfer
  2. Click Actions drop down menu
  3. Choose Transfer
  4. Under Sessions list, check box for Show ineligible sessions
  5. Check box for desired session
    • Note: If session options are available, they will have to be selected again as they do not move with the transfer.
    • ​​Note: A transfer fee can be charged by entering the desired amount in the Charge a transfer fee box.
  6. Click Continue to review screen
  7. After reviewing transfer, click Submit
