If you are trying to download your event as a template, but do not see the option under the tools menu, check your role within the organization. At this time, only an owner can download an event as a template. However, anyone that has an owner or coordinator role can re-create/transfer the event within their organization.

To view your or someone else's role, follow the below steps:
  1. Login to ACTIVE Works Endurance with existing Passport at https://activeworks.active.com/login.faces
  2. Click Settings
    • Note: If you do not see a settings button in the top right corner of the screen, you are not an owner within the organization
  3. Click User Administration
  4. Find person on User admin list
  5. Their role is listed under ROLE column
