If you are trying to download your event as a template, but do not see the option under the tools menu, check your role within the organization. At this time, only an
owner can download an event as a template. However, anyone that has an owner or coordinator role can re-create/transfer the event within their organization.
To view your or someone else's role, follow the below steps:
- Login to ACTIVE Works Endurance with existing Passport at https://activeworks.active.com/login.faces
- Click Settings
- Note: If you do not see a settings button in the top right corner of the screen, you are not an owner within the organization
- Click User Administration
- Find person on User admin list
- Their role is listed under ROLE column
