Refunds need to be approved before funds will be returned to member's Credit Card account. Please follow the steps below to approve pending refund requests:
  1. Login Membership Manager at https://membership.active.com
  2. Click on People
  3. Click on Refund approval on the right 
  4. Select desired records found
  5. Click on Approve selected to complete refund; Or select Decline selected to cancel refund
