Better identify participants & create a more personalized experience by uploading custom content that is displayed within the On-Site app when viewing a participant’s event registration during the check-in process.
Use this flexible tool to thank repeat participants, display membership status, welcome out-of-towners, recognize sponsors, or for any note or detail you would like to make highly visible to your team while the participant is being checked in.
Note: The Custom Content tool supports 2 content bocks.
Steps to Upload Custom Content for Participants
- Open Your Event after Logging into ACTIVEWorks Endurance
- Navigate to Tools tab, then select On-Site Configuration from the tool set.
- Choose Custom Content tab
- (Optional) Add content label names for Block 1 and/or Block 2
- Press Choose file, then choose your CSV file containing the participant data.
- Note: Template can be downloaded by pressing Download template
- Note: Data file should at the minimum contain the participant registration number and the data for the blocks you are utilizing.
- Press Save
