To ensure your event's registration is open online, follow these steps after login to ACTIVE Works Endurance:
If Registration shows as Open when logged into ACTIVEWorks Endurance, but Closed when on active.com, please refer to this article: Registration Showing as Closed
If your event is not available online, use this article to make it open: Open Registration
- Go to Organization Dashboard (HOME)
- Under Your events, check status for desired event:
- If it shows Registration open, the event is open for registration
- If it shows Registration scheduled to open, the event will be open on the scheduled date which has been set up in the Activation (step 12)
- Double check event status on Event listing page and Registration form
