Secondary parent/guardian questions are optional and can be removed completely from your registration form if you do not wish to collect this information.

From Home page, click Setup under desired season
Click Registration forms on the right side
Click Customize registration form button
Scroll down to Secondary parent/guardian header
Click Remove button on the right
Click Save and continue
