This article explains how to edit an existing user’s details in Camp & Class Manager.
  1. In the top right corner, click User-added image
  2. Click User administration under Settings
  3. Click Edit under user's name
  4. Make desired edits
  • Edit the user's First name or Last name
  • Edit the user's role to Administrator, Standard, Coach/Instructor or Limited (See Description of User Roles for more details). To change Account Owner role, please contact Support
  • Edit Other restrictions(optional)
  • Edit Season restrictions and/or Session restrictions
    • Note: Select the seasons and sessions you want the user to have access to
  1. Click Save
Note: You cannot edit a user's Email address. Please contact Support to update user email addresses.
