This article explains how registration fees behave when a participant moves from a waitlist into an available session.
  • No registration fee is charged when a participant first registers for a waitlist
  • If a spot becomes available and the participant is transferred into the session, or into another available session, a registration fee is applied at the time of transfer
  • Registration fees apply the same as new registrations based on whether your organization uses the per registration model or flat fee model
  • If registration fees are passed on to the participant, a registration fee is charged to the customer
