Registration Showing as Closed

If your registration is showing as closed on Active.com, or if people are receiving the message "The event you have requested is unavailable for registration at this time", see the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Price Type Availability:
  • On Registration categories of your event set up, verify your Price restrictions and Category restrictions show "Everyone" and not "No one or Internal." If "No one" or "Internal" is listed then that price type and/or category is inactive, causing the item to not be visible to the public.

2. Registration is Scheduled to Open Later:
  • On Activation of your event set up, there is a list of all the event categories and price types. Next to them are two dates: registration start date and registration end date. If the start date is after today's date, this is why registration is showing as closed.

Active.com is Still Updating
  • There is a lag between updates made on ACTIVEWorks Endurance and those updates showing on active.com. This lag can take between 10 minutes to 24 hours. If registration was just activated, wait an hour or so before contacting support.
