Creating Express Registration Links

Agency users can now create express registration links, so that registrants can now complete registration quickly and fill out the full form later.
  1. Go to select an event from Home page
  2. Select tab Tools and click Express registration
  3. In the Manage links tab, click the Create links button
  4. In the Create express registration link popup, enter the Name of the registration link, and select the desired categories for express registration
  5. (optional) Description
  6. (optional) Expiration date
  7. (optional) Discount amount
  8. Click Save and close the window
After the link is created, you can:
  • edit it by selecting the registration link and click the Edit button.
  • delete it by selecting the registration link and click the Delete button.
  • copy it by clicking the copy icon.
  • view the express registration QR code by clicking the QR code icon.
In the Manage form/add-ons tab, agency users customize the fields that must be filled in the express registration form by selecting the checkboxes accordingly.

In the Participants with incomplete form tab, agency users can send reminder emails by clicking Send reminder email button after all or one of participants are selected.
