If you are unable to find a participant in the Participants tab, it is possible they have an incomplete Express Registration. Below are instructions to verify this once you Login to ACTIVE Works Endurance:
- Obtain registrants Order ID, full names, registration email address
- From Organization Dashboard, under Your Events, click the event name
- Click Express registrations
- Search registrant name
- Check registrant name
- Click View to match Order IDs provided by registrants
- Inform registrants to complete full registrations by following instructions listed in Complete Express Registration (Endurance)
- Note: If necessary, you can help to Access Express Registration Participants and Send Email Reminder Besides, you also have access to Complete Express Registration for Participants
- Note: If missing registrants cannot be found among express registration participants, please contact Endurance Support
