If you are unable to find a participant in the Participants tab, it is possible they have an incomplete Express Registration. Below are instructions to verify this once you Login to ACTIVE Works Endurance:
  1. Obtain registrants Order ID, full names, registration email address
  2. From Organization Dashboard, under Your Events, click the event name 
  3. Click Express registrations
  4. Search registrant name

  2. Click View to match Order IDs provided by registrants
  3. Inform registrants to complete full registrations by following instructions listed in Complete Express Registration (Endurance)
