Refunding to the Credit Balances can be done by transferring, cancelling, or adding a discount to the order.
  1. Bring up family account
  2. Click appropriate Order number
  3. In Actions drop-down list, select one appropriate action
    • Edit Purchases
    • Transfer
    • Cancel
  4. Click Continue to Review Screen
  5. Check box next to Reallocate credit to be held in the family's credit balance

    • Note: Amount reallocated will now appear in family's account page under Credit balance info
After refunding to the credit balance, you can refund to the customer using this article: Refund From Credit Balance or you can add expiration date on credit balances using article: New: Editing Credit Balance Expiry Date
